Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old to use Zeno Live.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable UAE laws or Apple's App Store policies.

If you are under 18, you may only use the App under parental supervision.

2. Services Overview

Zeno Live provides:

• Live Video Rooms: Multi-host video chat and streaming rooms.
• Voice Rooms: Real-time audio conversations with users worldwide.
• Virtual Gifting: In-app purchases of digital items used to support hosts or friends.
• User Profiles and Chat: Creation of personal accounts, messaging, and following other users.

Zeno Live may also introduce AI-powered voice rooms, virtual avatars, and AI host features for entertainment purposes.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Zeno Live features. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Not impersonate others or use offensive usernames.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency and Gifts

• Zeno Live uses virtual coins or credits for gifting and premium interactions.
• Coins are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system or authorized payment gateways.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated by Apple.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or defamation.
• Impersonate other users, public figures, or the Zeno Live team.
• Share personal information of others without consent.
• Use bots, automation, or spam behaviors.
• Broadcast copyrighted or third-party content without authorization.

Zeno Live reserves the right to monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates laws or platform standards. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Permissions and Device Access

To provide live streaming services, Zeno Live may request access to:

• Camera & Microphone: For live video and voice interactions.
• Photo Library: To upload profile pictures or stream backgrounds.
• Location Services (optional): To display region-based leaderboards or content.
• Push Notifications: To notify you of messages, live room invites, or events.
• Network Access: Required for connectivity during live sessions.

You can manage permissions anytime in your device settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in Zeno Live are owned by AI Boost LLC or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant Zeno Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform for promotional or operational purposes.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your actions on the App and any interactions you engage in.

We do not verify user backgrounds, and you are encouraged to exercise caution when engaging with others on live video or voice rooms.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

Zeno Live uses a combination of AI moderation tools and human reviewers to ensure user safety. We may:

• Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
• Remove any content at our discretion.
• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities, including the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

10. Subscription and Billing

• Zeno Live may offer subscription plans or premium features through Apple's App Store.
• Prices and benefits will be displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.

11. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Apple's App Store privacy guidelines.

Your data may be used for account operation, personalization, fraud prevention, and content moderation.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Your account is inactive for a long period.
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, any unused virtual items or credits will be forfeited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AI Boost LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of Zeno Live.

Zeno Live is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, particularly the Dubai Media and Digital Content Regulations and the TDRA guidelines.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available at www.zenolive.app/terms.

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
